|Allow plenty of time! Transportation, whether by car or by metro, is likely to be a challenge. This is an outdoor concert on an uncovered stage, so it could be cancelled if the weather is bad. If necessary, the client will make a decision in consultation with the musical director for each band. Assume we will play unless you hear otherwise.
A public address system will be available. A drum kit will be available on stage. Arlington Concert Band will supply other percussion equipment (we should confirm they will bring what we need).
