The Rockville Brass Band is a 30-piece ensemble
in the style of the British Brass Band
led by Acting Music Director Jermaine B. Fryer
Rehearsals are on Wednesdays from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm throughout the year in Rockville, MD, with breaks in late December, July, and August. Our concert season is presented on the Calendar page of this website. These are a mix of community concerts and outreach in the local area, as well as national performances and clinics.

MUSIC Director
Join a nationally recognized, 50-year-old ensemble as our new Music Director. The Rockville Brass Band is an award-winning organization specializing in British brass band music. The music director will lead one 2-hour rehearsal weekly and approximately six annual performances throughout Montgomery County and beyond, with the opportunity for competition appearances. PERCUSSION & TROMBONE
Join us to play our 2025-26 season...our 50th! We are currently seeking:
Percussion players who are skilled in pitched and/or non-pitched percussion, and who have wind band or orchestral percussion experience
Bass and tenor trombone players who are proficient and enjoy the brass band repertoire.
