Our Clinic and Solo Scholarship Competition provide an educational and performance opportunity for high school & college trumpet, horn, trombone, euphonium/baritone, and tuba students. The free event includes clinics, rehearsals, and lessons about the history of the brass band as well as performance practice and playing techniques. 

In addition, high school juniors, high school seniors and undergraduates who participate in the clinic & concert are eligible to register for our solo scholarship competition, with a first prize of $1000 and second prize of $500 for two high school soloists and two college soloists. Winners may also have the opportunity to solo with the band.
